Tallwood: A Contemporary Mountain House
This is a custom build that started as a twinkle in the homeowner’s eye in 2017. I had designed their first custom home on Lake Norman in 2012 and furnished their Blowing Rock mountain house. Then came the idea of having the best of both worlds right here on Lake Norman, but finding THE right lot was key… enter Tallwood. We broke ground on this project in 2018 and every ounce of this build was custom. After many moons and much blood, sweat and tears this project was perfected in 2020 much to the client’s delight! Vision accomplished-furnished interior and finalized exterior photos forthcoming.
